Mission Statement:

To promote and support the visual and performing arts through the implementation of multi-cultural and diverse arts programming within Washington Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey and its surrounding communities.

Current Operations:

TDBAC Box Office – Day to day operations of event ticketing for CBAC performances utilizing box office ticketing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily ticket sales, daily cash reconciliation, daily report management, event financial settlement and fund distribution. Service fees charged to promoters for box office services amount to 4% of net ticket sales with a cap of $1,500.00 per event. WTLA is contracted with and liable to Ticketmaster as its in-house ticketing agency. WTLA supplies all personnel, equipment & supplies for its operation.

TDBAC Stagehand Payroll – payroll distribution for all professional events requiring contract stage labor. WTLA carries all workers compensation and liability insurances and submits all applicable taxes. WTLA sees approximately 8% of gross labor wages as revenue for this service.

TDBAC Event Promotion/Presentation – presentation and co-presentation (with like organizations) of mainstage events at WTCPA. WTLA takes the financial risk, handles all marketing and logistics of events.

Currently the Senior Vice President with the Kennedy Health System. He has been with Kennedy in multiple leadership positions since 1986. He is a resident of Washington Township for 21 years. Married 25 years to wife Dina and father of two daughters, 20 and 17 years old. Joe has served the South Jersey and Washington Township community in a variety of volunteer roles.
